For a variety of reasons, with or without removing TrackPoints for cleaning, a GPS recording may not have recorded a section of travel that the user desires to have in their track, or have inaccurate portions that cannot be automatically removed, such as offsets.
In this case, with map underlays, the user can see the error & where the Track should have gone.
Tracks can be manually edited so that these intermediate points can be added to fill in missing sections by moving, adding, or removing Points.
Editing features are currently under development and will be available in v1.
